Education is in crisis in North Eastern part of Kenya, as teacher shortage continues to bite. Insecurity has made many teachers refuse to report to work, and we're now seeing some desperate moves.

A certain deputy governor offered his services as a teacher in a local high school, and now we've gotten hold of a picture of an Administration Police teaching students of County High in Garissa.
