WATCH: Daring Reporter Confronts Mugabe in Nigeria

Daring reporters from African TV channel Sahara TV confronted Zimbabwe’s 91-year-old president Robert Mugabe during the inauguration ceremony of President Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja, Nigeria. Watch.

"Don't you think its time to step down sir?" the journalist asked Mugabe. "When will there be change in Zimbabwe?"

The female reporter first had a quick one-on-one conversation with Mugabe upon arrival in his car to the Eagle Square venue of the inauguration event before he was hurried to take a seat in the event.

The persistent TV crew again encountered Mugabe as he made his way to leave after the event.

They followed him to his car and pressed for an interview to ask about any plans to step down from power and allow democratic elections to take place in Zimbabwe.
