This is the day that Wafula and the entire Luhya community has been waiting for. When Jamaican songstress Alaine was in the country last year, comedian Churchill suggested that Wafula would be the ideal man for her. Since then she became surprisingly infatuated by the name Wafula and her search began. Her bubbly and down to earth nature also saw her belt out a free style tune about Wafula featuring the veteran comedian.Well, the song we thought was only a joke is now a full song. The jam is featured on the singer's new album 'Ten of Hearts' and get this..it features Mwalim Churchill, at least according to the title.
Just like in 'Nakupenda Pia' featuring Wyre, Alaine is singing in Swahili. In the song she is still looking for Wafula.
